Things to remember

Trinity Church is located in the centre of Porthcawl at the bottom of John Street. Ample parking is available in Hillsboro Car Park situated about 100 meters away from the venue ( charges may apply ).

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and also bring some water.

What is Silver Swans ?
Silver Swans is a programme designed for the more mature dancer. Capturing the love of ballet with adaptable excises to suit everybody.
Is Silver Swans right for me ?
Silver Swans is suitable for everyone over 55 years of age. The exercises are low impact and easily adapted to every dancer.
What should I wear / bring to class ?
Wear comfortable clothing, t-shirt and leggings is fine. Ballet shoes or a soft jazz shoe is preferred but not essential. Bring a bottle of water for hydration.

Very much enjoyed my classes so far. The dance tutor, Sian, is very welcoming, informative and patient. Instruction takes place at a speed that takes account of everybody's abilities and we have a laugh together which is very important! Looking forward to the next class and improving on last week's efforts.
