Specially designed for older learners, Silver Swans® ballet classes will help improve your mobility, posture, co-ordination and energy levels. Improve your dance-life balance! Things to remember

Cornelly Public Hall (Smaller Hall) is located just above the main large hall at Heol Las. Ample free parking is available next to the building.

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and also bring some water.

Toilet facilities are available on site.

What is Silver Swans ?
Silver Swans is a programme designed for the more mature dancer. Capturing the love of ballet with adaptable excises to suit everybody.
Is Silver Swans right for me ?
Silver Swans is suitable for everyone over 55 years of age. The exercises are low impact and easily adapted to every dancer.
What should I wear / bring to class ?
Wear comfortable clothing, t-shirt and leggings is fine. Ballet shoes or a soft jazz shoe is preferred but not essential. Bring a bottle of water for hydration.

Fabulous to be back for our 2nd year it’s more than a ballet class we’ve all become friends just love it ❤️

It was good to start our new term with our wonderful teacher Sian. We started learning new exercises and as always Sian was amazing making sure that we had what ever help and support we needed. The group is amazing we all enjoy our friendship and we all have a great time.
